The Loyalty, Bonus and Early Bird draws will be under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at the STARS Saskatoon base; 2475 Airport Road, Saskatoon, SK. The final draw will take place at the STARS Regina base; 2640 Airport Road, Regina SK. Any person wishing to view the draws may do so by attending at the above location on the draw date(s).
The lottery draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning raffle draw numbers shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers. This will include the Loyalty draw, Bonus draw, Early Bird draw, and Final draw.

Only tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. May 28, 2024 are eligible to win the 11 Loyalty prizes. Only tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. Jun. 20, 2024 are eligible to win the one Bonus prize. Only tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. Jul. 11, 2024 are eligible to win the one Early Bird prize. The remaining 1,490 prizes will be drawn on Aug. 13, 2024; only tickets purchased by Aug. 1, 2024 are eligible for this draw.

 The first draw will be the Loyalty prizes followed by the Bonus prize, the Early Bird prize, then followed by all remaining prizes which will be drawn in order of least retail value up to the prize of greatest retail value. Ticket buyers are eligible for all draws provided they have purchased their tickets by the applicable deadlines. 

ELIGIBILITY:

The following individuals are not eligible to purchase tickets in the lottery. Board members and executive management staff of STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service), employees of Stride Management Corp., and members of their immediate family (a spouse, parent, son, daughter, sister, brother, or the spouse of any of the individuals).

The age limit for ticket purchasers is 18 years and over. Purchases must be made in the province of Saskatchewan. Sellers are to advise all ticket purchasers not to put the name of any individual on a ticket that is under the age of 18. All winners must meet eligibility criteria as determined by lottery rules and Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).

PRIZES:

There are 1,503 total prizes to be won with a total retail value of $3,622,122.72 including GST & PST. Prize values shown are approximate retail values as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winners or STARS are not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time prizes are awarded. Prize values include all applicable taxes.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded - no substitutes unless otherwise stated. All winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize, with the exception of homes and vehicles. All grand prize home winners must claim their prize by the advertised possession date. Vehicle winners have a cash-in-lieu of option and must decide their option preference within 90 days of notification. All vehicle winners must take possession of their vehicle no later than 90 days after the final draw.

All other winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Any costs associated with the delivery of a prize due to distance or unique circumstances will be covered by STARS. Restrictions apply for the following prize(s):

Travel – All travel prizes are valid for two years from the draw date. Extensions will be granted upon request, and blackout dates may apply. All travel includes return airfare from either Regina or Saskatoon unless otherwise indicated. Winners will have 90 days from the draw date to choose the travel prize or the cash option. Should the winner not make their choice by this date, STARS will make the choice on the winner’s behalf.

All winners will be notified in writing and/or by telephone by STARS of their win and how to claim their prize. At the end of each draw, a searchable listing of winners will be posted on starslottery.ca within five days following the draw. You will never be asked to send money to claim a STARS LOTTERY prize. If you are asked to send a cheque, money order, or payment of any kind to claim your lottery prize, it is a scam. Hang up the phone or delete the email.

If a winner cannot be located after a period of one year from the draw date, the prize or equivalent cash value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.

In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, STARS will award the prize to the first name listed on the stub. SLGA and STARS are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise from the different individuals.

Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, SLGA will be notified, and the draw will be postponed and will take place immediately once power has been restored.

TICKETS:

STARS LOTTERY’s Main draw will only offer 942,000 tickets for sale and will be sold at $60 each, a set of 5 for $125, a set of 15 for $250, a set of 30 for $375 or a set of 50 for $500.

If a purchased ticket has been entered in any draw, no refund will be issued after the draw has taken place.

Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the respective draw(s). STARS LOTTERY is not responsible for any mail-in order forms that are not received at the ticket processing center by the ordering deadline.

The Lucky STARS 50/50 draw will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers.

Only tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. Aug. 1, 2024 will be eligible for the one prize drawn for 50 per cent of tickets sold.
